At Gotta Have It Consignments, we want you to love your unique finds; however, due to the nature of consignment, all sales are final unless an item is proven to be misrepresented. If you believe your purchase qualifies for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and detailed photos of any discrepancies or issues within 48 hours of delivery.

  Wait for Approval

  Our team will review your claim and the original item listing to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the return is approved.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original condition with all tags attached to ensure it is not damaged during the return transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the item back using a tracked shipping method and provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor the arrival of your return.
